Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering nursing care and related activities under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Perform clerical duties related to patient care and records/charts.
• Record vital signs and report unusual findings to nurse.
• Assist with patient hygiene, feeding assistance, and mobility.
• Maintain patient charts, restock supplies, and prepare charts for use.
• Escort patients to departments and assist with transfers or discharges.
