Job summary
Bluebird Wellness and Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for the 7 AM–3 PM day shift. If you are dependable and compassionate, you will join a supportive nursing team caring for residents.
Walk-in interviews are welcome. The full-time role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing comfort and companionship, completing rounds, and coordinating with nurses to follow care plans and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification/license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Provide compassionate care, comfort, and companionship
- Complete rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
- Assist residents with meals and daily activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Work closely with nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident care
- Follow resident care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
