Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nursing care per the Resident Care Plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support residents with therapeutic, neuro and dementia care as applicable.
• Ensure residents are up and out of bed as per Care Plan.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team under Charge Nurse supervision.
• Maintain compassionate interactions with residents, families and staff.
• Uphold safety, respect and quality of care in all duties.
• Perform additional tasks to support individualized care plans.
