Job summary

Mulberry Health & Rehabilitation in Franklin, Tennessee is hiring compassionate CNAs for our long-term care and skilled nursing team. This full-time role offers shifts from 7A-7P and 7P-7A with pay in the $19.75–$23.47/hr range plus shift differentials.

We provide a warm, family-like culture, paperless onboarding, and strong mentorship. You will perform essential care tasks under licensed supervision, assist with daily living activities, document care, and help maintain a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-centered with strong teamwork.
• Good communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene and daily activities.
• Keep residents dry, change attire and linens as needed.
• Handle linens, beds, and infection control practices.
• Assist with bowel and bladder care and transfers.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities when needed.
• Assist with mobility and restorative procedures as directed.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
