Complete Care at Willow Creek is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team in Franklin, NJ. We offer full-time and per diem shifts with daily pay options, and a welcoming, patient-centered environment dedicated to high-quality care.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain clean rooms, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and dignity for each resident. We value growth, teamwork, and compassionate service in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Prepare rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly.
• Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding care.
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
