Job summary

Memorial Health System's Driftwood Nursing Center in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care for residents. You will assist with personal care, monitoring vitals, and supporting nursing staff to ensure compassionate, compliant patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and graduate of state-approved CNA program.
• One year of nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Observe residents, record intake/output and vital signs, and report changes.
• Assist with range of motion, turning, positioning, and ambulation.
• Document care provisions on the designated record daily.
• Explain medical instructions to residents and families.
• Transport residents to off-site treatment facilities when needed.
