Apploi is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Gardner, Kansas. You will deliver attentive nursing care, support residents with activities of daily living, and collaborate with RNs and other professionals to provide safe, high-quality care.

With guidance from mentors, you’ll handle charting, prepare residents for therapies, enforce infection control, and respond promptly to call lights, contributing to a positive resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CNA certification.
• Compassionate, caring demeanor.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting and hygiene.
• Promptly respond to resident call lights and urgent needs.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety guidelines.
• Document and chart resident care accurately.
