Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The role offers an hourly range of $20.50–$26.00, with an additional $3.00 per hour for full-time staff and $1.00 shift differentials for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
