Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on resident care in a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain a safe, comfortable environment that supports dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to quality care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist residents with ADLs including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment promoting dignity and well‑being.
• Support the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Hourly Range: $20.50 – $26.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Shift Differentials ($1.00 For 3pm -11pm & 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
