Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. The CNA provides hands-on care, assists with daily living tasks, and supports the care team to enhance residents’ safety and comfort.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/ CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
