Snow Canyon Retirement is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate physical and psychosocial care to residents, reporting to the shift supervisor and Wellness Director. The role includes daily living assistance, safety procedures, and teamwork with other staff to ensure dignity and individualized care.

Qualifications

• Must maintain certification for a Certified Nurse Aide.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents and assist wellness staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc.).
• Maintain infection control procedures and standard precautions.
• Communicate with residents and families professionally.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Escort residents and coordinate internal transportation needs.
