Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY and a $750 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Competenze

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.
• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mansioni

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Complete resident rounds at shift start and every 2 hours.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
