Job summary

Clinton Presbyterian Community, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on support and ensure a warm, home-like environment for residents.

You will follow individualized care plans, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses and families. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and a valid CNA, CPR certification, and a GED or high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
