You will assist with daily activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation as needed, while building personalized care plans to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Reliable and punctual attendance and commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication as instructed by the client.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Escort clients to appointments and engage in activities outside of the home.
• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the designated supervisor.
