Job summary

Allegro Harrington Park is hiring compassionate CNAs and CHHAs to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Harrington Park, NJ. We offer part-time and every-other-weekend shifts with on-site duties focused on daily living support, dining assistance, and safety.

You will join a close-knit team, participate in a supportive work culture, and contribute to residents’ independence and dignity while following safety and care protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification or be willing to obtain one.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support dining, daily routines, and social activities.
• Respond to calls, observe changes in condition, and document accordingly.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
