Job summary

Passion Care is seeking a compassionate, certified caregiver to support a mid-age patient with daily living activities, medication reminders, and health monitoring. The role emphasizes companionship, safe environment, and clear communication with family and healthcare providers.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility as needed, while upholding high standards of dignity and privacy in a home setting. CNA/CHHA/PCA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, CHHA or PCA required or preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, especially with young adults or health needs, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the patient with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide companionship and engage in social and recreational activities.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
• Communicate with family and healthcare providers about needs and progress.
• Document care provided and any changes in the patient’s condition.
