The ideal candidate holds CNA/CHHA/PCA credentials, has prior caregiving experience, and demonstrates reliability, empathy, and clear communication with family and healthcare providers.

Qualifikationen

• Current certification as CNA, CHHA, or PCA.
• Previous caregiving experience, especially with young adults or health needs, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Assist the patient with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage the patient in social and recreational activities.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the patient’s needs and progress.
• Document care provided and any changes in the patient’s condition.
