Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a Compassionate Caregiver (CNA) in Evanston, IL to assist residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, and support independence. You will work under supervision, follow care plans, and participate in a team-driven, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, appointments, and activities, plus accurate documentation and coordination with nurses and supervisors. Previous caregiving experience is valued.

Responsibilities
