Job summary

Amada Senior Care in Tacoma, WA is hiring a caregiver for Client #1 with shifts on Mondays 10:30-3:30, Wednesdays 10:30-2:30, Fridays 9:00-3:00 and Saturdays 4:00-8:00. Pay rate is $24.50 per hour.

CEU training assistance provided and benefits include health, dental, life, and vision insurance, plus a bonus through the Employee Recognition and Referral Program. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and IADLs, following each client’s Care Plan, and ensuring safe, reliable, compassionate

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HCA license required
• Nurse delegation highly preferred but not required
• At least 1 year caregiver experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to pass a criminal background and fingerprint check
• Able to communicate effectively with seniors
• Reliable and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence, and feeding.
• Assist with IADLs such as shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
• Follow each client’s Care Plan.
