Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking a caring, reliable full-time Caregiver to support seniors in the Bethesda area. Earn $23/hour with overtime, with shifts from Monday–Thursday 8a–8p and Friday–Sunday 8p–8a (awake overnight).

You will provide non-medical elderly care, companionship, and help with daily activities. We value punctuality, compassionate service, and clear communication with clients and the office.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, feeding, grooming.
• Support with laundry, groceries, and meal preparation.
• Monitor client condition and document shifts.
• Maintain dignity and promote independence.
