Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as directed by care plans
• Assist residents with bathing and hygiene routines
• Ensure resident safety by identifying risks and taking preventive actions
• Welcome new residents and help them adjust to routines
• Provide baths/showers for each resident as needed
• Act as resident advocate for physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Go above and beyond assigned duties to support residents and teammates
