Visiting Angels of Jasper is hiring CNAs to service clients in Tell City, Jasper, and surrounding areas. As a CNA Nurse Aide, you will support wellness and daily living according to individualized care plans, with duties ranging from personal care to companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Good time-management and ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation to client homes on schedule.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking while following dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (background check).
• Compassion and desire to brighten each client's day.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility at home and during appointments/errands.
