Qualifications

• Active CNA license.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience in training.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to deliver care.
• Verify resident identification before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to supervisor immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible.
• Other related duties as assigned by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
