Job summary

Beltline Wellness and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for PRN shifts in Garland, TX. You will perform resident care duties, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requirements include an active CNA license, at least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure, strong English communication, emotional stability, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license is required.
• At least 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families and staff.
• Must be in good general health and emotionally stable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Take resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean.
• Support resident hydration and comfort and assist as needed.
• Follow directions from Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Administrator.
