Job summary

Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide direct care in a skilled nursing facility in Reading, PA. The role includes supporting residents per care plans, ensuring safety, and delivering emotional and social support.

Shifts include 7:00a–3:00p, 3:00p–11:00p, and 11:00p–7:00a with wages $21.00–$26.00 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on for full-time and $2,500 for part-time is offered, with on-demand and weekly pay options and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state.
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in high school; GED guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Offer emotional and social support and follow the resident’s care plan under supervision.
