Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care at Edison Manor Nursing and Rehab in New Castle, PA. You will assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, and ensure safety and comfort in a SNF setting.

The position is full-time with shifts 7:00a–7:00p or 7:00a–3:00p, wages $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in a high school program; GED guidance may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with the care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort.
