Job summary

The Atrium at Cardinal Drive, part of Benchmark, is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the 11pm–7am shift. You will deliver compassionate resident care in a warm, home-like environment and join a team that emphasizes quality service and safety.

Requirements include an active CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or dementia experience is preferred but not required. Enjoy a benefits package including holidays, meal program, training, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Experience with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Using customer service skills to ensure high-quality care
• Other duties as needed
