Job summary

Forest Acres Post Acute, a 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Downtown Columbia, SC, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide routine daily care per each resident's plan and to support a warm, respectful environment.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, document observations, and work closely with a caring team to enhance well-being. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification required.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Assistant Program.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments and assist with activities of daily living.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Observe and document care and maintain residents' privacy and dignity.
