Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an in-office role in Wray, CO. The assignment runs for 12 weeks with day and night shifts, start ASAP, and a primary night shift. Guaranteed weekly hours are 36, and housing is provided.

Responsibilities include direct patient care under supervision, vitals monitoring, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols. The CNA will work with the healthcare team to implement care plans and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• CNA licensed in good standing.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision per facility protocols.
• Monitor vitals and document changes.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient status and care activity documentation.

• Utilize patient care pipelines to track progress and forecast needs within territory.
