Job summary

Capitol Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, with 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm options and an all-inclusive hourly pay rate between $16.50 and $23.00, plus Daily Pay.

As a CNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes, maintain a safe, respectful environment, and collaborate with the nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, mobility, linens).
• Offer supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
