Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, KS is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate clinical team. This role offers a competitive hourly salary and opportunities for growth in a supportive health care company.

You will provide total resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and maintain HIPAA compliance. The position features 12-hour shifts (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with ADLs such as washing, bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Record observations and report changes in condition, appetite, or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold facility policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Participate in care planning and document per CNA assignment card.
