Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing facility in Blue Springs, MO. You will assist residents with daily care, monitor safety, and document care while contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

We offer 12-hour day shifts, daily pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and supportive leadership under new management focused on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly.
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
