Angel Mercy Caregivers LLC in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team. You will administer medications, document administration, and monitor client health in a home care setting.

Applicants should hold MD CMT certification, with CNA credentials preferred or required per state guidelines, and be prepared to work flexible shifts in a patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Current and valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Maryland.
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred or required per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to clients accurately and in accordance with prescribed orders and state regulations.
• Document medication administration and report any changes in client condition to supervising staff.
• Monitor clients for medication side effects, reactions, or changes in health status.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication administration records (MARs).
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, clients, and families.
• Ensure medication storage and handling complies with safety and regulatory standards.
