Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, AZ, seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team on a PRN basis. You will perform routine clinical and administrative duties under supervision, assist with patient assessments, specimen collection, and maintain exam areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA license or be certified (CMA/RMA/CCMA) within 60 days of hire.
• BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree encouraged.
• Ability to think critically, work with minimal supervision, and perform under stress.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of the assigned area.
• Assists with patient assessments and treatments under physician or nurse supervision.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including stocking and cleaning.
• Maintains examination areas.
• Performs reception, scheduling, data entry and patient registration.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.
