Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess medical assistant certification within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of clinical pathways and patient care practices.
• Ability to handle various diagnostic procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations and office procedures.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and surgeries.
• Maintain examination/treatment rooms and inventory supplies.

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Understanding of laboratory techniques

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
