Job summary

CommonSpirit Medical Group in Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia seeks a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Family Medicine team in Ooltewah. You will support clinicians with screenings, procedures, patient education, and coordination of care, ensuring comfort and safety for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant required at hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years medical assistant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health records encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide for patient safety and privacy protection.
• Perform general patient care following standards.
• Greet and prepare patients for the provider.
• Obtain and record vital signs and presenting problems.
• Draw blood and prepare specimens for lab analysis when required.
