Qualifications

• Current CMA certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Compassion and patience with residents of varying maturity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of medications to residents on your assigned unit.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and other appointments; transport as needed.
• Accurately prepare and administer medications, ensuring correct patient, time, dosage, and route.
• Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and independence activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and isolation policies as required.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation during every shift.
• Present a professional image through attire, behavior, and communication.
• Adhere to company standards for addressing and resolving resident concerns.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity.
