RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for the Morris Cancer Center, MCC-10, in New Brunswick, NJ. The role supports RNs with hands-on patient care, including vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.

The CCT will document in the EHR, follow infection control protocols, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to implement care plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certificate or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Take vital signs and monitor patient health status.
• Assist with bedside care and daily living activities.
• Perform phlebotomy and basic nursing tasks as directed by RNs.
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR system.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Provide CPR/BLS as needed in acute situations.
• Support care plans from admission to discharge.
