RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician for the Morris Cancer Center in New Jersey. You will support Registered Nurses by assisting with daily care, monitoring vitals, and providing compassionate patient assistance.

The role emphasizes hands-on patient care, collaboration with nurses and therapies, and ensuring safety and dignity for every patient. A High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification are required, with CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS certification preferred.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical exposure from an accredited program is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care (vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, bedside care).
• Monitor vitals (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature) to track health status.
• Document patient information in EHR with confidentiality.
• Apply infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate with patients, families and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.
