Job summary

Solaris Diagnostics is seeking an In-Office Phlebotomist to join our clinical team in London, KY. You will perform venipunctures, ensure specimen integrity, and provide compassionate patient care in our clinic environment.

The role requires 1 year of phlebotomy experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to follow protocols with accuracy. Certification is preferred; clinic/lab setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures with precision and proper specimen labeling.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient care and experience.
• Maintain specimen quality and proper handling/storage per Solaris Diagnostics protocols.
• Adhere to HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Document patient demographics, tests, and specimen details in LIMS.
• Collaborate with lab personnel and clinic staff.
• Maintain phlebotomy supplies and workspace organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
