Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient telephone calls, assessing needs and coordinating with providers.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR and charts, including tests and results.
• Administers injections per office protocol with provider orders and timely charges.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and assists with ordering as needed.
• Attends staff meetings and coordinates with front desk for scheduling and patient flow.
