Job summary
Eminence Home Care is actively seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our on-site team in Asbury, New Jersey. You will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring well-being, and promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications
- Must have CHHA certification.
- Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to follow detailed care plans and work flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing).
- Support mobility and physical activity.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status.
- Prepare meals and assist with groceries and household tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe living environment and light housekeeping.
- Document care and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
