Eminence Home Care is hiring a Home Health Aide to assist clients in New Jersey with daily living activities, mobility support and companionship. You will administer medications as prescribed and help with meals and light housekeeping while following detailed care plans from healthcare professionals.

We value empathy, reliability, and excellent communication. Must have CHHA certification, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to serve clients in the community.

• Experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility and facilitate physical activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and household tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment with light housekeeping.
• Document care provided and report changes to the healthcare team.
