Job summary
Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our Ocean/Monmouth County team. The role requires a valid CHHA license and a commitment to delivering dignified, patient-centered care in home or facility settings.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, follow care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and communicate clearly with patients' families. Overtime opportunities are available and training is provided.
Qualifications
- Valid CHHA License in New Jersey.
- Hospice care experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in the facility as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
