Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our Ocean/Monmouth County team. You must hold a valid CHHA license in NJ to be considered.

You will care for patients in facilities and in homes, assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate with families. Overtime opportunities are available and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA License in NJ.
• Prior Hospice Experience a Plus!
• Dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the facility as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and deliver the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
