Job summary

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in Woodbury, NJ for part-time, variable-hour shifts. Nurses and caregivers will support seniors and individuals with disabilities to live safely at home, with shifts across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualified applicants hold an active New Jersey CHHA certification, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong communication and compassionate work ethic.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey CHHA certification required.
Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
Strong communication skills.
Compassionate, dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.
Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted).
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
