Home To Stay is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support clients in Camden City, New Jersey, and nearby communities. The role offers part-time, variable hours with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to fit personal schedules.

The CHHA will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, companionship, and light housekeeping, while adhering to care plans and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration unless legally permitted).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
