Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Reston is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide personal care and companionship to clients in Sussex, Morris, Warren, Hunterdon, and Somerset counties in New Jersey.

We offer flexible shifts, including hourly, live-in, and various times, with paid vacation, sick time, a retirement plan, and other benefits. CHHAs should be reliable, punctual, and able to establish professional relationships while delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care to clients as needed including bathing, dressing, toileting, assistance with transfers etc.
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Responsibilities
