Synergy HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Essex, Union, Morris, Hudson and Passaic counties. Live-in and hourly shifts available with flexible scheduling to fit client needs.

You will maintain high standards of client care, follow care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role requires NJ CHHA certification, 1+ year experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA certification required.
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Current PPD or chest X-ray on file.
• Immunization record including COVID-19 booster and flu shot.
• 2 professional and 2 personal references.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license preferred.
• Annual in-service records and background clearance.
