Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes throughout New Jersey. The role focuses on compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, and daily living activities to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
